Gentle, structured parenting principles
Practical tools and home implementation resources
Scripture-centered encouragement and optional prayer
Secure between-session messaging support
What is the Wellness Accountability Program?
The Wellness Accountability Program provides:
Weekly telehealth sessions with personalized habit tracking
Supportive accountability for weight and lifestyle goals
Faith-informed encouragement and coaching
This program provides lifestyle education and accountability only and does not include medical care or individualized nutrition therapy.

What does faith-informed nursing support mean?
Faith-informed nursing support integrates biblical encouragement with evidence-informed education. Care is delivered in alignment with Christian values while remaining within RN scope of practice.

Step 2: Complete the Intake Form
After scheduling, you will receive a brief intake form to help me understand your needs and goals.
This may include:

Baby’s age (for lactation support)
Relevant health history
Specific concerns or goals for your session
This allows me to provide support that is thoughtful, practical, and tailored to your family.
Step 3: Schedule Your Appointment
Once your form and payment (if applicable) are received, we will confirm a time that works for you. Appointments may be conducted:

Via secure telehealth video

During your session, you can expect:
