What counseling services do you offer?
I provide free biblical counseling for women, teens, and children. Sessions are offered at no cost and are grounded in the sufficiency of Scripture.
Sessions include:

Step 1: Contact or Enroll
Reach out by email, complete the contact form, or enroll online. The first step is initiating biblical counseling, nursing support, or lactation care as appropriate for your needs.
Step 2: Complete Required Documentation
Before your first session, you will complete the following forms:
Personal Data Inventory (PDI) – helps provide background information for counseling care
Informed Consent – outlines the counseling process, expectations, and participant responsibilities
Consent to Record (if applicable) – required only if sessions are recorded for training supervision
These materials help ensure care is thoughtful, organized, and centered on Scripture.
Step 3: Schedule Your Session
Once required forms are completed, your first session will be scheduled:
In-person (within 30 miles of Sheboygan, WI)
By phone
Via secure telehealth video
Step 4: Your Session
During your session, you can expect:
Scripture-centered biblical counseling, nursing, or lactation support (as appropriate)
Application of God’s Word to heart-level and life concerns
Practical, biblical steps for growth and change
Prayer and Scripture used as appropriate
Clear, individualized direction for next steps
Step 5: Ongoing Care (Optional)
Additional sessions may be scheduled as needed. For those in ongoing counseling care, brief between-session communication may be available for scheduling and clarification purposes.

1. Initial Consultation
Duration: 15 Minutes — Free
A brief introductory conversation to understand your needs, answer questions, and determine appropriate services. This consultation helps clarify whether biblical counseling, nursing support, lactation care, or other services are the best fit for your situation.
2. Virtual Biblical Counseling (ACBC Phase 3)
Duration: 60 Minutes — Free
Biblical counseling for women, teens, and children, offered as part of ACBC Phase 3. Counseling is grounded in the sufficiency of Scripture and seeks to help individuals understand life through God’s Word and respond in faith, repentance, and obedience to Christ.
Sessions include:
Scripture-centered counsel and discipleship
Application of God’s Word to heart-level and life concerns
Prayer and Scripture used as appropriate
Practical steps for growth in Christlikeness
Available via secure telehealth or in-home visits within 30 miles of Sheboygan, WI.
3. Nursing & Lactation Support
Duration: 30 or 60 Minutes — Fee-Assisted
Personalized nursing and lactation support for mothers, infants, and families focused on education, guidance, and practical care.
May include:
Prenatal breastfeeding education
Latch and feeding support
Pumping and milk supply guidance
Postpartum education and recovery support
Newborn care education
Available via telehealth or in-home visits. Services include a fee-assisted structure to help support ongoing care and access.
4. Wellness Accountability Support
Format: Weekly Telehealth Sessions (30–45 Minutes) — Fee-Assisted
An educational support program focused on stewardship of health, habits, and personal accountability.
Includes:
Weekly check-ins
Habit tracking and goal setting
Educational guidance for lifestyle stewardship
Biblical encouragement and perspective
This service is educational in nature and does not replace medical care or individualized treatment.
5. Follow-Up Consultation
Duration: 30 or 60 Minutes — Fee-Assisted
Optional continued sessions for review, encouragement, and ongoing support. Available via telehealth or in-home visits (local area).

Format: In-Home or Event Visits — Fee-Assisted
Black River Mobile Farm brings gentle Babydoll sheep and goats to homes, churches, and community gatherings for calm, family-friendly animal experiences.
May include:
Supervised animal interaction

Setup tailored to your space and event
These visits are recreational and relational in nature and do not replace counseling or nursing care.

Black River Nurse Consulting and Heart & Home Adoption Support provide a free biblical counseling ministry during ACBC Phase 3 training, alongside nursing care and family discipleship support. This biblical counseling ministry is supported through voluntary contributions only.

Biblical counseling services are part of a free ministry and are not charged for during ACBC Phase 3 training.
Contributions are completely optional and are not required to receive services.
All non-ministry services, if applicable, are provided at their stated rates regardless of contributions.
Contributions are voluntary business support gifts and are not tax-deductible charitable donations.
