    Heart & Home Adoption Support is a structured, faith-informed, trauma-aware 8-week program for adoptive families of infants and children.

    The program includes:

    • Trauma-aware strategies that strengthen attachment and emotional growth

    • Gentle, structured parenting principles

    • Practical tools and home implementation resources

    • Scripture-centered encouragement and optional prayer

    • Secure between-session messaging support

    What is the Wellness Accountability Program?

    The Wellness Accountability Program provides:

    • Weekly telehealth sessions with personalized habit tracking

    • Supportive accountability for weight and lifestyle goals

    • Faith-informed encouragement and coaching

    This program provides lifestyle education and accountability only and does not include medical care or individualized nutrition therapy.

    What does faith-informed nursing support mean?

    Faith-informed nursing support integrates biblical encouragement with evidence-informed education. Care is delivered in alignment with Christian values while remaining within RN scope of practice.

    Yes. Compassionate support is available for families navigating serious illness and end-of-life transitions, including:

    Reach out by email, complete the contact form, or enroll directly online. Your first step is choosing faith-informed, personalized support for your family.

    Step 2: Complete the Intake Form

    After scheduling, you will receive a brief intake form to help me understand your needs and goals.

    This may include:

    • Your family’s story and current context

    • Baby’s age (for lactation support)

    • Relevant health history

    • Specific concerns or goals for your session

    This allows me to provide support that is thoughtful, practical, and tailored to your family.

    Step 3: Schedule Your Appointment

    Once your form and payment (if applicable) are received, we will confirm a time that works for you. Appointments may be conducted:

    • In person (within 30 miles of Sheboygan, WI)

    • By phone

    • Via secure telehealth video

    During your session, you can expect:

    Step 5: Optional Follow-Up Support

    After your session, you may choose to schedule an additional consultation if continued support is desired. For program participants, secure between-session messaging support is included during enrollment.

    Duration: 30 or 60 Minutes
    Investment: $30 (30 min) | $60 (60 min)

    Personalized nursing and lactation guidance designed to support mothers, infants, and families with clarity and confidence.

    Sessions may include:

    • Prenatal breastfeeding education

    • Latch and positioning support

    • Pumping and supply guidance

    • Postpartum recovery support

    • Newborn and family wellness education

    Available via secure telehealth or in-home visits within 30 miles of Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

    Faith-informed encouragement and practical, evidence-informed strategies are woven into every session.

    3. Weight & Wellness Accountability Program

    Format: Weekly Telehealth Sessions (30–45 Minutes)
    Investment: $199 per month

    A structured, faith-informed accountability program designed to support sustainable lifestyle change.

    Includes:

    • Weekly check-ins

    • Habit tracking and goal setting

    • Education for long-term wellness

    • Biblical encouragement and mindset support

    • Secure between-session messaging during enrollment

    This program provides lifestyle education and accountability support only and does not replace medical care or individualized nutrition therapy.

    4. Follow-Up Consultation

    Duration: 30 or 60 Minutes
    Investment: $30 | $60

    Optional continued support to review progress, adjust plans, and strengthen implementation. Available via telehealth or in-home visits (local area).

    All services are delivered with clinical excellence, trauma-aware sensitivity, and faith-informed compassion. Limited donation-based assistance may be available for families experiencing financial hardship.

    Important Information

    • Contributions are completely optional and are not required to receive services.

    • All services are provided at clearly stated rates regardless of donation.

    • Contributions are voluntary business gifts and are not tax-deductible.
