Terms, Privacy & Biblical Counseling Notice

Black River Nurse Consulting offers faith-informed Biblical Counseling, nursing consultation, and Black River Mobile Farm experiences. By accessing this website, scheduling services, or participating in consultations or farm visits, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

  • Biblical Counseling for women, teens, children, and families

  • Nursing and lactation education and support

  • Adoption, foster, and family wellness guidance

  • Black River Mobile Farm experiences with gentle Babydoll sheep and goats

  • Educational and consultative services

All services are educational, supportive, and delivered within the legal scope of Registered Nursing practice. Mobile Farm visits are recreational and family-centered and do not replace counseling or medical care.

2. Biblical Counseling (ACBC Phase 3)

  • Counseling is Christ-centered, Scripture-based, and intended to help counselees grow in faith and obedience to God.

  • Participation is voluntary; the counselee must agree to use Scripture as the final authority in counseling.

  • Counseling is not secular psychotherapy, mental health therapy, or medical treatment.

  • Informed consent forms, including the Consent to Record (audio for supervision), will be emailed to counselees prior to the first session.

  • Confidentiality is maintained, with limited exceptions required by law, safety concerns, or supervisory oversight.

3. No Medical Treatment or Provider–Patient Relationship

Services do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptive authority, or clinical management. Participation does not establish a nurse–patient or provider–patient relationship. Clients should maintain care with their licensed healthcare provider.

In a medical emergency, call 911 or local emergency services immediately.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Biblical Counseling sessions offered during ACBC Phase 3 training are provided free of charge.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking for all other services unless otherwise stated.

  • Refunds are generally not available once services have been rendered.
