Black River Nurse Consulting is a Registered Nurse–led consulting service providing faith-informed nursing education and support, lactation education and support, adoption and family wellness support, and biblical wellness support services.

By accessing this website, scheduling services, or participating in consultations, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Educational & Consultative Services Only

All services provided by Black River Nurse Consulting are educational and consultative in nature. Services include nursing education, health education, wellness guidance, and supportive coaching.

Services do not include medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptive authority, clinical management, or the establishment of ongoing medical care.

These services are not a substitute for individualized care from your licensed physician, advanced practice provider, or qualified healthcare professional. Clients remain solely responsible for maintaining a relationship with their primary healthcare provider.

2. No Provider–Patient Relationship

Participation in services does not establish a nurse–patient or provider–patient relationship.

No formal medical relationship is created unless explicitly established in writing and in compliance with applicable state and federal law.

3. Not Medical Advice

Information provided through this website, digital content, programs, downloadable materials, or consultations is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

4. Scope of Practice & Licensure

Services are provided in accordance with the nurse’s active licensure and applicable nursing scope-of-practice regulations.

Consulting services are limited to education and support within the legal scope of Registered Nursing practice and do not replace or extend clinical medical care.

5. Faith-Informed Services

Services are provided from a biblical worldview and may include Scripture-centered encouragement upon request. Participation in faith-informed services is voluntary.

6. Payments

All services are provided at stated rates. Payment is required prior to service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, written content, graphics, digital materials, educational resources, and intellectual property are the exclusive property of Black River Nurse Consulting.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or duplication without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

By using this website and participating in services, you acknowledge and agree that Black River Nurse Consulting shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of educational information provided.
