Black River Ranch & Black River Biblical Counseling provides Scripture-centered biblical counseling, Registered Nurse–led education and support, lactation education, family support services, and community-based farm experiences.

Our biblical counseling services are grounded in the sufficiency, authority, and wisdom of Scripture. Biblical counseling seeks to faithfully bring God’s Word to bear on the heart and life, offering biblical discipleship, encouragement, and guidance through life’s challenges while pointing individuals to the hope and transformation found in Jesus Christ.

By accessing this website, scheduling services, or participating in consultations, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Educational & Consultative Services Only

All services provided by Black River Ranch & Black River Biblical Counseling are educational, supportive, and consultative in nature.

Services may include:

• Biblical counseling and Scripture-centered discipleship

• Nursing education and wellness support

• Breastfeeding and lactation education

• Postpartum and family support

• Community and educational farm experiences through Black River Mobile Ranch

Services do not include medical diagnosis, medical treatment, prescribing medications, emergency care, or licensed mental health therapy.

These services are not a substitute for individualized care from your physician, licensed healthcare provider, or qualified mental health professional. Clients are responsible for maintaining appropriate healthcare relationships and seeking medical or professional care when needed.

2. No Provider–Patient or Therapist–Client Relationship

Participation in educational, counseling, or consultation services does not automatically establish a nurse–patient relationship, physician–patient relationship, or licensed mental health therapist–client relationship.

Any professional relationship established will be limited to the services specifically agreed upon and provided in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards.

3. Not Medical or Mental Health Advice

Information provided through this website, consultations, digital resources, educational materials, or programs is intended for educational and informational purposes only.

Black River Biblical Counseling provides biblical counseling from a Christian worldview, seeking to encourage growth in Christ through the faithful application of Scripture.

Biblical counseling is distinct from secular psychotherapy and is not a substitute for licensed mental health treatment. Individuals needing specialized mental health services are encouraged to seek appropriate licensed professionals.

6. Faith-Based Services

Scripture, prayer, and biblical encouragement may be incorporated into services as appropriate. Participation in faith-based elements is voluntary and provided within the stated purpose of the service.

7. Black River Mobile Ranch

Black River Mobile Ranch provides educational and recreational animal experiences featuring farm animals such as Babydoll sheep and goats.

Farm visits are intended for enjoyment, education, community engagement, and connection with God’s creation. They are not medical services, counseling services, or therapeutic treatment and should not be represented as a replacement for professional care.

8. Payments

All services are provided at the stated rates. Payment is due according to the terms provided at scheduling unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, written materials, graphics, educational resources, branding, logos, and other intellectual property belonging to Black River Ranch & Black River Biblical Counseling are protected and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
